Over three years and sixteen events, our work with monday.com moved us from vendor to strategic partner. For Elevate, we designed immersive experiences for highly technical developer audiences — hands-on demos, interactive coding stations, and VR moments that showcased future platform capabilities. Our production scope included demo-floor design, main-stage direction, and speaker coaching so complex technical content landed clearly and memorably with sophisticated audiences. When VTEX needed to produce VTEX Connect Live in New York City — their flagship US conference, post-NRF, in front of an enterprise B2B audience — their team flew in from São Paulo. Eventique sourced The Glasshouse, designed the custom-branded LED entrance tunnel, built out a high-energy main stage, ran the AV, coordinated F&B, and managed the floor. The VTEX team focused on content and customers. We focused on New York.

Top 100 Sellers. Three Days in Arizona. End-to-End.
Presidio’s annual reward for their top 100 sellers is a complimentary trip — and Presidio hands the rest to Eventique. We selected an untapped corner of Arizona for its tranquility and outdoor offerings, then designed and produced a three-day end-to-end guest experience for 200 guests with welcome and farewell dinners, cooking classes, horseback riding, spa treatments, golf, and a desert astronomer guiding a stargazing night. Hype boxes, room drops, transport, concierge — all on us. From those summits, we grew into Presidio’s flagship 1,300-person Exchange user conference. As Elise Dunn, Presidio’s Director of Event Marketing, put it: “This year we almost quadrupled our business with Eventique. I consider them part of my team.”
